How do I add my pet's name?
Type your dog's or cat's name in the box on the product page before adding it to your cart, then choose the lettering (Script, Classic or Modern). You'll see a live preview as you type. We print exactly what you enter, so please double-check the spelling. Memorial designs also have an optional box for their years, for example 2012 – 2026.
Can I put two names on one gift?
Each design shows one pet, but you can type two short names, for example "Bonnie & Max". Up to 12 characters looks best, and longer names are printed smaller.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each gift is made to order. Most orders arrive within 5 to 14 business days in the US and Canada, and 7 to 20 business days in Australia and New Zealand (including 2 to 7 days to make your gift). Embroidered hats can take 4 to 6 weeks to reach Australia. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
When should I order for Christmas?
For delivery before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 8 in the US, by December 1 for Canada and by November 24 for Australia and New Zealand. Christmas stockings are made in the US and need a little longer: please order them by December 5 in the US and by November 20 for Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Embroidered hats for Australia: please order by November 12. Orders placed later are still made with care, but we can't promise they will arrive before December 25.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order to the United States, with no minimum spend. For Canada, Australia and New Zealand, shipping is calculated at checkout, before you pay, based on your country and what you order. Every order ships with tracking.

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, with tracking on every order. Each gift is printed at our partner's facility closest to you whenever possible. Our personalized Christmas wrapping paper is made in the USA and ships to US addresses only. For other countries, email us at support@bonnieandbond.com and we'll let you know if we can help.
What are the Dog Mom and Cat Mom hats like?
They are embroidered with "Dog Mom" or "Cat Mom" and a little paw print, in flowing Script or clean Classic lettering. Choose a classic dad hat, a retro trucker hat or a cuffed knit beanie, each in five colors; the thread color is matched to each hat. The design is fixed, so there is no name to add.
What is the Christmas wrapping paper like?
It's printed edge to edge with your pet's portrait in a Santa hat and their name, in three designs: Cream with dots, Red with snowflakes or Green with gold stars. Choose a 30" x 36", 30" x 72" or 30" x 180" roll in a matte or glossy finish. It ships within the US only.
What if my gift arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email support@bonnieandbond.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send anything back.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because every item is personalized and made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or not as ordered, our happiness promise has you covered.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders move into production quickly. You can cancel, or update the name or address, within 2 hours of ordering. Email us as soon as possible and include your order number.
Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes. Our mugs are glossy white ceramic and are dishwasher and microwave safe. They come in 11 oz and 15 oz, with the design printed on both sides.
My pet's breed isn't listed. Can you make it?
We're adding new dog breeds and cat looks regularly. Send us a message with your pet's breed and we'll let you know when it's available.
